In more detail, how does it all work?
The basis of the entire system is a central database where the catalog of your products is stored. At the same time, the product catalog serves as the basis for an online store, which is automatically generated according to the settings.
The product does not always have to be a finished product, but also a product intended for production. Such as food or drinks in a restaurant or other goods.
As soon as the end customer orders the product, this order is processed immediately. At the same time, each application is connected to the same system and it is possible to work with the order immediately. It doesn't matter if you are on a computer, mobile phone or tablet at the moment.
After ordering, your customer automatically receives the order code (a unique code created by the central system) via SMS. This will ensure you to verify that the customer is interested in your product and an order is accepted. And it only depends on you whether you will request payment in advance or only when it is all collected.
How does the goods reach your customer?
This depends on the nature of your delivery logic to the end-customer. These are usually the following options:
1. The customer comes himself to the open window or the store and picks up the goods himself on the basis of a code sent via SMS, or
2. You have your own driver or transport partner who delivers the goods to the customer, or
